Before your appointment

Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation containing any important pre-treatment instructions. Please take a moment to carefully review and follow these instructions prior to your appointment to ensure you are fully prepared for your treatment.

You will also receive an intake form by email. Please complete the form prior to your appointment. If you have any questions or require assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out, we’re always happy to help.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

We require a 48-hour notice for all rescheduling and cancelling of appointments. Any no-shows or non-emergency appointment changes made within 48-hours of your appointment time may be subject to a $75 fee.
